🛠 Warranty Policy

SuoQ Digital ensures that all software and hardware products meet the highest quality standards. Please review our warranty terms for more information.

1. Software Warranty

  • We provide a 6-month limited warranty on all licensed software products against bugs that prevent core functionality.
  • Warranty includes security updates, patch fixes, and minor enhancements.
  • Custom code or third-party plugin compatibility is not covered unless specified in the agreement.

2. Hardware Warranty

  • All hardware devices (e.g., SuoQ Pad, Printers, Buttons) include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
  • This covers manufacturing defects, malfunctioning internal components, and firmware issues.
  • Warranty does not apply to physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair attempts, or water/fire damage.

3. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product is defective under warranty, please contact our support team at support@suoq.app with the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

4. Repair & Replacement

SuoQ Digital will determine whether the item should be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Hardware replacements may take 10–21 business days depending on location and stock availability.

5. Exclusions

  • Warranty does not apply to demo units, used/open-box products, or third-party devices.
  • Damage resulting from software modifications or unsupported firmware installations is not covered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SuoQ Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
