At SuoQ Digital, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the terms below for return eligibility and process.
1. Return Eligibility – Hardware Products
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible hardware items (e.g. SuoQ Pad, printers, kiosks).
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A return authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to sending back products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital software licenses and SaaS subscriptions once activated or delivered.
- Custom-developed solutions or white-labeled versions.
- Opened or used consumables, such as paper rolls or ink cartridges.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@suoq.app with your order ID and reason for return.
We will review your request and provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
- Orders for digital services can be cancelled prior to license activation or server deployment.
- To cancel a subscription renewal, you must notify us at least 3 days before the billing date.
