Yes, the SuoQCloud system is secure. It requires a username and password login prior to teller operation. All operations are routed through the server program for verification.

Do I need any special hardware device to use the SuoQCloud System?
The SuoQCloud system does not require the use of any special hardware device nor does it require its users to be exclusive to any model or brand of hardware. The system simply requires a functional desktop PC, an LCD monitor and a regular POS thermal printer.
What material should I use to print the tickets with the queue numbers?
To print the queue numbers tickets, you will need to use regular thermal POS paper, if you have a POS Thermal Printer. You can also use regular POS paper if you are using a dot matrix POS printer.
How long will it take to have the SuoQCloud System customized to our needs?
We can customize the LCD Display Screen and the Ticket Printing Screen to fit your Company’s branding and identity. The queue workflow can also be configured to fit your Company’s specific needs. We normally take 3-5 days to customize and deploy the the system for a company.
The actual time needed for customizing the program depends on the complexity of the changes needed.
How much will customizations cost?

Can I use the SuoQCloud without PC or laptop terminals?
The SuoQCloud system will need a Queue Server PC in order to operate.
However, the Teller Stations can operate using a PC or laptop, or a tablet or mobile phone device, using only the web browser already installed (Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc.)
The Teller device only needs to connect to the Queue Server PC via LAN or WIFI to call the next customer.

For the SuoQCloud system, our package includes software installation and configuration, hardware setup and hardware integration, user training and product warranty.
Can I use the SuoQCloud system if I am not very tech-savvy?
Yes. We offer user training for SuoQCloud to make users understand the system more thoroughly as well as to be able to maximize its features.
