1. General Terms
All purchases made through SuoQ Digital and its affiliated platforms (SuoQ.app and subdomains) are subject to this refund policy. By purchasing any of our software products, hardware, or services, you agree to the terms outlined here.
2. Software Products (Cloud / SaaS / Licenses)
- Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and only if the product has not been activated, installed, or configured.
- No refunds will be issued for setup fees, customization, or cloud deployment costs.
- For monthly or annual subscriptions, you may cancel anytime, but unused days are non-refundable.
3. Hardware Devices
- Hardware (e.g., SuoQ Pads, Printers, Buttons) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Support & Custom Services
Refunds are not provided for support plans, installation services, custom development, or consultation fees after the work has started or been delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@suoq.app with your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting documents (screenshots, issues, etc.).
6. Exceptions
In special circumstances (e.g. product defects, billing errors), SuoQ Digital reserves the right to offer refunds or credits at our discretion.
