1. Grant of License

SuoQ Digital grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software and services in accordance with the terms of this agreement and any purchased subscription or plan.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the software, source code, interfaces, branding, and content remain the sole property of SuoQ Digital. No ownership rights are transferred to the end-user.

3. Restrictions

• You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute the software without explicit permission.
• You may not use the software for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Access may not be sublicensed, sold, or rented without written agreement.

4. Updates and Maintenance

SaaS and Cloud-based versions may receive automatic updates and feature enhancements. On-premise and hardware solutions may require manual installation of updates, where applicable.

5. Termination

SuoQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the case of license violation, overdue payments, or misuse.

6. Data Privacy

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy and compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

SuoQ Digital shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from the use or inability to use our software or services.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts located in Kyiv.
