SuoQ provides queue management systems, appointment scheduling, visitor management, feedback tools, and other SaaS/cloud/on-premise solutions. Access depends on your selected plan or license.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
• You must not misuse our services or attempt unauthorized access to other systems.
• All usage must comply with local laws and regulations.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of SuoQ Digital. No part may be copied or republished without written permission.

6. Termination

SuoQ reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance, although we aim for maximum uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Kyiv.
