1. Acceptance of Agreement

By installing, accessing, or using any part of the SuoQ system, including SuoQ Cloud, Standalone, or hardware components, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

SuoQ Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product in accordance with the purchased plan or hardware license.

3. Restrictions on Use

• Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the software.
• Do not resell, lease, or sublicense the service without prior agreement.
• Use must comply with local, national, and international regulations.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, and system architecture are proprietary to SuoQ Digital. No part of the system may be reused without permission.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

SuoQ processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securing any personal data you collect using our platform.

6. Service Availability

While we aim to provide 99.9% uptime for cloud-based systems, availability may be affected by maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. SuoQ may suspend access for breach of terms or misuse of the system.

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SuoQ does not guarantee error-free functionality or compatibility with all devices.

9. Liability Limitation

SuoQ is not responsible for indirect damages such as lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

10. Changes to Agreement

SuoQ may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.
